Logent x Instabox

Instabox is a delivery service available in selected online stores. It transports your parcel to one of its hundreds of smart lockers, often on the same day you place your order.
The collaboration between Instabox and Logent dates back to 2019, when Instabox launched its concept on the Norwegian market. Logent supported Instabox with the customs-related aspects of the establishment and took full responsibility for customs management.

Logent implemented its proven concept for efficient return handling for Instabox’s customers, resulting in significant savings in customs fees — savings that had largely gone unnoticed with the previous provider.

Logent x NA-KD

NA-KD is a Swedish fashion company focused on online clothing retail. Since its start in 2015, NA-KD has experienced strong growth and is ranked among the 20 fastest-growing companies in Europe.

Since 2020, NA-KD’s Swedish warehouse has been located in Landskrona — a facility that Logent designed, implemented, and now operates. NA-KD’s rapid expansion has created the need to establish operations further into Europe, and Logent has been assigned to set up the new warehouse in the Netherlands as well.

The long-term strategic partnership between NA-KD and Logent has resulted in the establishment of a new, state-of-the-art and self-sufficient site in the eastern Netherlands, with convenient access to markets such as Germany and Southern Europe.

Logent x Volvo

Volvo Cars is a global manufacturer of passenger vehicles. The company designs and builds cars using components produced and delivered in Volvo’s own returnable packaging. This packaging circulates between the suppliers and Volvo’s production units.

Logent was commissioned to design, implement, and operate Volvo’s packaging terminal connected to the operations in Torslanda, Gothenburg. The facility features a high degree of automation, including two robotic lines running around the clock.

The new facility established by Logent has generated significant benefits for Volvo, achieving more than 25% cost reduction. The solution is scalable and can be adapted to Volvo’s future needs and changing volumes. The facility was brought into operation in 2016.

Logent x Saab

Saab, operating in Linköping, manufactures the Swedish JAS Gripen fighter aircraft. Today, Linköping hosts both production and development operations, as well as extensive logistics serving several of Saab’s business areas.

Logent was given full responsibility for production logistics, including goods reception, warehousing, kitting and line feeding, VAS services, and internal transport. Logent conducted a full review of the production value chain to define SOPs, identify development opportunities, and coordinate subcontractors within the internal logistics flow.

The new solution has enabled Saab to secure the management of increasing production volumes, improve transparency and control throughout the internal logistics value chain, and gain a dedicated strategic partner to support the long-term development of the supply chain.
